Prep comes first.
Every floor is primed and levelled with Mapei or Ardex before a board goes down, including over underfloor heating. A flat subfloor (the concrete or boards underneath) is why his floors don't creak or gap.

Can you lay over underfloor heating?
Yes. On concrete, he primes it and pours a latex levelling compound over the underfloor heating before laying. The floor you pick needs to suit it, and he'll check that with you first.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the room, the material and how much prep the subfloor needs. Send photos and rough sizes for a ballpark, then you'll get a written quote once he's measured up.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the size of the job and the time of year. Ring for current availability, and Imran will give you a start date with the quote.
Is it just flooring?
No. Imran also fits wardrobes and kitchens, hangs doors, fits skirting and architraves, repairs stairs and makes one-off pieces like tables and shelving.
